Two pictures taken at the President's Cup day.  Brian & Shirley, paired together for the second time in succession are about to take on Ian & Carole.  Geoff meanwhile relaxes by the green, awaiting that call from the modelling agency.  By the way doesn't that shirt look familiar...see picture from 2 years ago below!

After a quick dash from bowling at The Punchbowl on 20th April 2004, Ian played the great Eric Bristow at darts in The Windmill, cheered on by Paul and Steve. Unfortunately the victory at bowls was not to be repeated!!

Shots from the beginners' days held by the Club in 2003 - Reg, shown in the top left photo looking a little startled, soon became a regular in the Ormskirk League team. Liz and Drew Young are also in this picture having their first go. Steve James, bottom right, also became a regular player. Top right is a shot from the first day, where several children had a go for the first time

This is a shot of the green looking towards where the new Club house has been put. This is in early 2002 before some of the newly formed Club members started to clear the surrounds. The footpaths were completely overgrown and a skip was filled with all rubbish

Another shot in early 2002, looking along the back fence. Again the footpath and flower beds were completely overgrown and it took a considerable effort to get the area cleared. Repairs were also needed to the rear fence.
