barnstorming win from Ritchie to win the kitty and the Milky Bowl Kid was

A comprehensive win by the Northern, with the Millers being sent
west. It was a bit of a fall in the canal for Eastender Stephen 'Dirty'
Denning and there was no coming back from the dead this time. The Horse
also fell in a bit of a ditch and it was left to Ritchie and 'Syd' James to
rescue the Barbara 'Win'dsors from this performance.

Only a narrow loss on the tricky Saracens green. The crusader
committing the most slaughter was Frank 'Spencer' Allt. The Horse won by a
nose and Andy put in his best performance so far to take 20 points.

Gypsy Bert ran off with the kitty in a close match against the Dog & Gun.
New boy Mike 'Milky Bowl Kid' Smith struggled with cartilage problems (must have
been going down on his knees a bit too often recently) so the drinks were not on
him. The Horse fell again .... if it was a race horse we'd be reaching for
the gun and packing him of to the local French restaurant...watch this space!!
